Pumpkin Carving

We had our annual pumpkin carving party at the Swartz's house again this year and it sure didn't disappoint! There were hay rides and many a pumpkin to carve. This year Nana and Papa Wegener, Grandma and Granpa Parks, Uncle Craig and Aunt Allison and Cooper all joined in the festivities! So much fun!

Baby Girl Turns Big Girl.....Lilly's 2!!!

Happy Birthday baby girl!  I can hardly believe you're two years old.  You have grown into such a wonderful young lady with a forceful personality that we are sure will take you places when you get older.  That same personality gives your Mom and Dad a run for their money now, but we are so proud to be raising such a driven, outspoken, opinionated girl (hmmmm...wonder where you get those traits from :)

We had your birthday party at the Lake House with family and friends and everyone had such a great time.  Here's to many more birthdays filled with fun and laughter.  We love you Lilly!
Hmmmm....I'm pretty sure I like cake

Play date!

I rarely get to attend all of the fun playdates with my girlfriends and their little darlings, but I happened to have a day off and we all decided to go to a farm market.  There were a TON of kids and so much fun to be had.  It's days like this that make me want to stay home with my kiddos so we could hang out with these amazing women and their great kids more....given that staying home really isn't a possibility, we'll take as many fun days like this as we can get!

Pumpkin Patch

We took the kids to Three Oaks to visit a local pumpkin patch.  It was sortof a rainy, nasty day, but we were able to pick out a bunch of pumpkins and play in some of the corn mazes, etc.  Despite the rain...they had a great time!
