1. The chicks are now Chickens and live proudly in their new coupe. Their abode also now features a staired ramp to an outside oasis (formerly known as Cleatus' dog pen:)
2. Said coupe has been moved from on my driveway to the far left of the property...you know, proudly positioned so that it will be the first thing visitors see when you come to our house. I'm not sure how I feel about that...
3. We have planted our garden! It was a family effort...we planted cucumbers, watermelons, peas, squash, peppers, tomatoes, gourds, lettuce, carrots and pumpkins. A corner has been roped off for Jacob so that he can have his own little garden. We gave him seeds and flowers and he planted as he saw fit--Can't wait to see how his crop ends up being arranged. It should be lots of fun!
4. Lilly is nearing 7 months old. She now has 6 teeth, is rolling over both ways and loves to sit up. She is such a sweet, happy baby who is absolutely in love with her big brother. The moments with them together are by far some of the cutest times I can recall.
