Niles Ice Festival

We took the whole family out to the Niles Ice Festival. It was chilly, but really fun! We walked all through town and saw a bunch of different ice sculptures....the perfect winter festival!

Sledding Fun!!!

With all of the snow we got over the past few weeks, it seemed only fair that we took Jacob sledding. We went to Sherman's Hill (which Josh named when he was a kid because it was the best hill in town to sled on....mind you it's in the neighbor's yard and isn't much of a hill at all, but just the perfect size for a couple of toddlers!!!) Jacob's good friend Lucy came too and they had the best time!

It's even better when someone pushes you UP the hill too!!

Christmas Week: Finale

We had such a wonderful Christmas this year! We are so blessed to have so many wonderful friends and family in our life. Josh and I had the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas off from work, so we were able to spend a lot of quality family time together. We went shopping, hung out together, got some projects done and I even had dinner with one of my favorite ladies, Mandy. It's been so nice to relax and recharge as we gear up for 2010. Here's to another great year. Happy Holidays everyone!

Christmas Week: Day 6

We rounded out Christmas Week with the Parks family Christmas. My parents, brother, sister-in-law and nephew made the drive to our house for good food, family and fun. The kids had a blast playing together! My nephew, Cooper, loved our fish...he's just so cute and Jacob's long lost twin (can you hear the music playing..."identical cousins and you'll find....they look alike, they walk alike, at times they even talk alike..it would blow your mind...when cousins...are two of a kind...." Anyways...we all had lots of fun catching up, eating a great dinner that Josh cooked and opening MORE PRESENTS!
